What in the world is going on with the Internet service? It's awful and cannot load any video without waiting forever. I needed to download 4 PDFs files for a $13.5M job last night and it took over 1 hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is going on? This is unacceptable and I am a 30 year owner! I might also mention there have been quite a few things not right in my unit but the internet is a daily issue.
When we bought in here, we were told about a deal where if you make reservation 30 days or less, you could get it for 15,000 points. I cannot find any deal like that. Does anyone know what that is about and how we go about doing that?
The best place in the whole world. I worked there and had the best time of my life with the best staff and the best guests. Beautiful hotel full of great people. �
I am a very happy owner, just wish I had the time to get there every year..My family enjoy this place very much and we always look forward to going back.
We have been twice. Enjoy the pools, golf, restaurants, gift shops, paddle boats, etc. Do not like their pushy salesmanship. The first visit, we lost half a day in their sales dept. because they wouldn't take no for an answer. We finally bought a small ownership package. The second trip was problematic checking in because we arrived late in the evening with two grandkids and they wanted us to go through a sales pitch before checking in. People BEWARE of lying salesmen! We were suckered into being an "owner" two years ago. Everything went great the week we bought. Went ok 2nd time, third time..... We were debating on buying River Island or at the golf course. I liked golf course better because of the parking and distance from car to house. Salesman was trying to get a bigger sale and told us that the price at River Island was so much higher because it came with passes for the water park. We have owned here since 1988, and love it, other than the constant hounding to buy more (points). Get sick of having my vacation interrupted by sales pitches all the time..,,,
