Ok people, lets start off with the great. The lazzy river is very nice. The 2 room suite was nice and had plenty of space. Now, lets work this out. At check in they over charged us and did NOT want to honor the internet price we book. After the very long check in with 2 boys who where tired, they forced us threw a maze of sales pitches just to get out of the loby. Spent almost a hour checking in. Our room was very dirty had to wait 2 days and three phone calls before it was re cleaned started our vacation off with a bang
We have been here several times with our grandchildren who live in Clearwater, FL.. We live in central Illinois. We usually come in Fanuary/February and when the weather is nice, we enjoy the pool with our grandkids. The facility is nice and we'll kept. The staff is very nice to deal with. Dealing with national headquarters us another story. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was conned out of my gift for dealing with the timeshare but only after I wasn't going to buy the unit. The managers were so rude that I would never ever stay there and I have turned this resort into the BBB for review. I'm still waiting on the manager from where I stayed to call me back. I could go on and on but I will just end this by saying to whomever is reading this review DONT EVER EVER EVER stay here or sign up form the tour or anything else this company may of... read more
A secure resort with a Security Guard @ the gate. A lighted intersection on a busy 192! The Condo that we stayed in had 2 bedrooms,1 of them had a King Bed & the second bedroom had 2 double beds. Granite Countertops throughout. Nice size kitchen & fully equipped with dishes,silverware, pots & pans. All linens are also furnished.
We are owners at Orange Lake and have been there on a regular basis for the last 10 years. We have had an excellent experience every time we have been there. It is such a relaxing time. Orange Lake Resort along with three other of the Holiday Vacation Club resorts have been absolute great places to vacation. Thank you Holiday Inn Club Vacations!!!!
Loved it...Loved it so much my husband and I purchase a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa. Great experience �. We stayed December 18-25, 2016. My kids had an awesome time. We are planning on coming down again April 2017.
Es mi segundo hogar, mi familia a disfrutado todas las facilidades, además está muy cerca de los Parques.
This is our fifth year here. We have received nothing but wonderful service and great amenities. You don't have to go to the major theme parks. There is plenty to do on the campus of the resort.
