My parents and my aunt and uncle are both owners at your resort. Because of this, we were referred for a 3 night stay for $199 if we sat through a sales seminar. We totally understand the concept. Do not go here. If you don't buy a timeshare they will cancel your reservation without telling you. Went to lunch after they tried to sell me a timeshare and they already had another family in my room! Also they have bed bugs. Check your mattress out before you settle in!

Well I booked Las Vegas with these guys last year and they sold me a temporary Latitude program share. After 3 months and some research a lot of promises mentioned in the meeting were false. I have trying to contact their customer service since December through phone, email, and the mail. We were very excited to start our mini vacation with a group of friends, after checking in we went straight to our room and the wifi door lock is not working, both house keeping and security had no idea why it wouldn't work. (Well..I could've told them, the batteries are dead.) The staffs don't really seem to be knowledgeable or resourceful. Finally, They had to move all of us to a different building. We go in, the tile floors are dirty and sticky, the windows were very dirty. Just wasn't the best way to start a vacation 😔

We just arrived home from a two-night 'staycation' at Orange Lake Resort. We originally reserved a studio room but were upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa (not sure why, didn't ask, didn't pay, but I am an IHG rewards member). Our room was ginormous and well appointed. The room was beautiful and included a full size well stocked with supplies kitchen. Including a microwave, dishwasher, full size stove, laundry and such, none of which we used. I was a little nervous to book a room last year after reading all these reviews but I'm glad I did! Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at!! It was so great that I just booked my a room for this year. This place never disappoints. I plan on staying at this hotel every time I go to Orlando.
