My family and I would be staying in a 2 bedroom located at the East Villas near the 18th hole this upcoming holiday week. I'm a new owner and read many reviews but yet to have my first stay. My concern is cleanliness, serviceability of the appliances and professionalism of staff employees. ��

Time Share presentation -Worst customer service ever !! Overall, this is a nice resort. Unfortunately, because of my experience with the time share presentation, I would definitely never go back. Check in was chaotic and a long wait in line (40+ minutes). After you get checked in, they send you over to another person to get your parking pass. So we drove 17 hours to get here. we spent over 1000 dollars to stay here, had a little bit of car trouble on the way here. when we finally made it to our hotel it was finally fun time and paradise but that was cut short due to extremely poor management and service on our first real Day enjoying this resort. we said we would go out of the resort to have some fun then come back early afternoon and spend the day by the pool. when we got back to change into our swim suits we walked in to the rooms toilet � missing we called the... read more

2nd summer here and again we're having a great time!!! We feel like we're coming to our 2nd home the moment we walk in. Our villa its beautiful and super comfortable. We're happy to be owners and looking forward to check out the other resorts in the near future.

Has been one disaster after another and NO ONE knows anything and can't give you a straight answer... lets just say lesson learned never doing this again!!!
