Last year we took a laptop to customer service to be checked. A fee was charged in some repair work they supposedly did. This year on December 2 I checked my bank statement and had been charged 109.99 and 129.99 for services MCAFEE LIVESAFE 1YR and 1-Year Unlimited Tech Support Plan in my husband's name, ****** ******, which we did not need or want. Never order from this business. They refunded my order after stating they had attempted delivery twice yet no one ever showed up as I was home both days. Phoned customer service and they stated I received the email in error and the driver was out with delivery yet the delivery never showed up again. Next day I had to phone customer service again and only then was refunded the money - they never refunded as stated in the original email. Thank you to Office Depot for ruining my child's Christmas! I ordered a gaming chair and paid for it because the website said that it was in stock and active. They cancelled my order due to the chair being "out of stock." How can you place something on your website as in stock and available and then TWO WEEKS later, tell a customer this crap? Now I'm screwed on finding this particular Fortnite chair because they waited so long! Thanks a lot. I will never order or shop from them again. They are misleading!

Office Depot has emailed the customer explaining the gaming chair she ordered was an outsourced item. Office Depot does not carry. this gaming chair. .The vendor is unable to provide further inventory the customers order was auto deleted. As a gesture of customer service Office Depot has sent the customer a $50 office Depot E-card to hopefully apply towards another selection.

Ordered a chair mat (one that goes on carpet under a wheeled office chair) plus a couple of small items (less than $2 each). Next-Day Shipping was promoted for my order. 3 days went by with no update or any kind of contact from the company. I used their Chat option to contact them. The employee said a "ticket" had been written for my order, and it would be delivered the next day, Sure enough, one of the $2 items arrived the next day. I tried placing a large order online. My order total was 1146.97, the office depot app offered me a discount of 485.03. When I tried checking out the discount disappeared. I called and the most they could offer me was a $200 discount. They told me that they had no idea where the other discount came from and they would not honor it. I sent office depot screenshots of the discount as proof but they will not honor it. Not very professional business practices.

I ordered an LG 27" Gaming Monitor, Item number XXXXXXX, on 9/30 with a delivery date of 10/9. On 10/6 I reached out to customer support to find out if my order would make it on time because it was still "processing." Only at that point in time was I told that their website was incorrect and that my item was on backorder. I asked for a delivery date and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. I bought an HP Envy 7155 printer. Upon opening the box, it was a HP Envy 5642. It also would not print. Returning to store two days later the manager said he could not take it, I had to contact the general manager. This is ridiculous. They advertise a 14 day window. I called Office Depot's helpline and was told I had to contact the store. I will be contacting my credit card company. Do not buy from these criminals.

I ordered face masks from Office Depot they were supposed to be one day delivery for I believe July 14th 2020. They were not here and I kept calling and speaking to representatives and they advised me they would check into it. I had to literally message them Twitter Facebook Etc. The Masks finally showed up today. It was a week after they were supposed to be here one day delivery. I see a lot of other complaints regarding shipping for this company as well I will never buy from again
