Went to the store today to buy an open neon sign. Half off since the store is closing. Hooked it up. Wrong cord was in the box and sign doesn't work. Went back to exchange it. Guess what? Other sign doesn't work. Went back and tried to look for another one and none were left. I was told by the store manager that I would have to pay online full price. Rep ***** is grossly incompetent! 2 return orders and no pick-up/credit it's been a week, we never wait this long for a return. Emailed several times with ZERO action taken by Rep ***** can't seem to remember to follow up on an ETA, no many how many time I contact him. Order was placed 8/15/19. Ordered desk online. Arrived wrong boxes. Was trying to return item with an option "to the store". Dropped it off September 6 at store near my home. Was told by store representative that they cant refund me on a spot because item was ordered online. They promised to take care about return to warehouse and I should get my refund in 5-7 days. I was billed twice for the same thermostat ordered online and Office Depot refuses to refund me. They are refusing to refund me despite sending me ink by accident and charging me again. They sent me an item I don't want, and billed me instead for the thermostat the first time, while billing me for it a second time. They are refusing to refund me. This is fraud.

I had placed an order with office depot for a pick and they did a pre authorization on my paypal account for 910.78. Of this, 888.78 would be paid through money that was in my Paypal account. I cancelled this order within 3 minutes, so it was never processed. The funds were taken out of PayPal through a pre-authorization hold which would be confirmed upon pick-up, accept, I cancelled the order. It has now been 1 month. I haven't received my Item after 5 days of its original delivery date. I even contacted them and they even replied me back stating the truck is on the way for delivery and would deliver yesterday, but still no sign I will receive my order. I would pay double on Amazon or other store to buy from them again.

If I could give Office Depot 0 stars, I would. On September 17th, 2018, I ordered a Chromebook for $243.73, because it was cheaper on Office Depot than on Amazon. I was notified, soon after, that the Chromebook was out of stock and would not be back in stock for over a month. Until the past year or so, it has been wonderful!
