The Manager, named ******** should be FIRED and probably another sorry employee, ***** as well. My girlfriend ordered some business cards. She is Korean and was not treated well. Like many others, I too have had an entirely exasperating experience with OfficeDepot. I ordered an SSD on 1/12/21. It arrived on 1/18. I immediately noticed the warranty sticker on the SSD was missing, implying this was an OPENED and/or USED product. On 1/22, I contacted OfficeDepot to return it. I ordered an office chair on 1/9/2021 which never showed up. I then called on 1/14/2021 for a refund after I was instructed to wait in case it was simply lost on a truck. I received no chair and was informed I would be refunded the amount I paid on the item. It is now 1/25/2021 and I have still not received my refund. Customer service keeps trying to inform me that it is on the way, however, it has been over 10 days and still nothing. I will ensure I never order from Office Depot again.

Such a bad experience that many have had. I ordered a graphics card a month and a half ago from Office Depot because it was a company I recognized. Now, I see that they're as slimy as any other third party retailer on the market. When ordering the card, no indication was made that they were out of stock for the item. I just had the worst experience in purchasing anything in my entire adult life and I'm 69 years old. I was told my order was out for delivery on 12/30/2020 and I was told it would arrive by 5 pm and later I was told it would still arrive by 9 pm. The furniture never arrived. It seems as this is a pretty common issue with many customers. I placed an order for a monitor on 12/14 that showed available for 2 day shipping. Excellent, as it was for a Christmas gift. I placed the order using my Office Depot rewards and with a gift card that covered the full amount. After receiving my confirmation email, I see the delivery date changed to the end of January. I would like to give them less than 1 star! Zero or -1 stars would be appropriate. I ordered a shredder on 12/4 and received it 12/7. When it arrived I found it did not meet my expectations so I went online to return it. The auto reply told me to use the chat so I did. I ordered a laptop. It showed in stock available for delivery on 12/18. When I went to check my order it says the item is back ordered. Since I had not been contacted by them I reached out to their customer service who informed me they canceled my order.
