I placed an online order for pick up for my wedding invitations 08/23. Online it says I can receive same day, if ordered by 2pm. I called the next day customer service explained its a large order and has to come from reginal center, resulting in i cannot recieve until 08/27. I would like to file a complaint against Office Depot. Their Live Chat customer service is ridiculously horrible! They just stop responding to your texts and basically refuse to help your issue even after several attempts!! I tried placing an order with a GC and the full amount wasn't being applied. I ordered an office chair, it was supposed to be delivered Friday; today I got a notice that tentatively it will be delivered Wednesday the 28th (TENTATIVELY!!!) So I went to the store to just pick up the item, they already took money out of my account. (Or as they say, put a hold on the funds!) They required me to pay for the chair again! I ordered a sewing machine on-line. It broke within a month. Many communications with the company. I wanted a refund. They dodged my calls and e-mails. Finally I was told they would refund me and pick up the package they never came to pick up the package. Which means I won't get my refund. What a disgusting company!!!! I see they have only 1 star. I will never shop there again and be sure no one in my circle and family and friends will shop there again

I ordered a wireless ergonomic mouse on 5/27/2021. I received an email that the label was created and the order was on the way and I would receive it in 3-5 business days - THREE WEEKS later, still not delivery, and still shows as "label created". I ordered a NEW Lenovo Think pad 5 from Office Depot with free overnight shipping. After placing the order, I receive a notice that the laptop is on back order, and was given no indication of when they should come back in stock. Three days later, I receive another notice that the laptop had been shipped. The laptop arrived the next day for me to discover that I had not been sent a new laptop, but a floor model. I tried to cancel a mistaken online order within an hour and sent several requests to cancel the order before it was shipped. They ignored my requests for cancellation and shipped the item anyway, at which point money was taken out of my bank account. That should have never happened. They should never have been able to take my money. Now I have to wait for the package to arrive, so I can return it, then wait longer for a refund for a charge that should have never happened.
