In January I purshcased an H&R Block Software Federal Plus State and Mcafee. I did not get the state part. I had to download the software and when I got through with my Federal I went to do my State and there was not one. Very hard to get up with these people when you do software online. Not your typical complaint. I found what I needed and staff members were friendly enough but the Office Depot at 2016 Cerrillos Road and St. Michael’s Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87505 is as filthy a store as I’ve ever seen. I would guess that floor hasn’t been cleaned, except for sweeping, in at least a year. The Asst. On February 21, 2022, I ordered a desk for my grandson. On March 4, 2022 I called Office Depot where I ordered the item. They apologized and said they would find out the issue. They emailed and informed me that they would give me a refund of $432.38 for that desk. I had to call their customer service and pay for another desk, that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Manager was very Rude and confrontational, He yelled at me for calling corporate to resolve a situation. I ask him to stop and calm down He would not. I was Visibly shaken from the altercation. He acted like He Owned the store and told Me to to come Back to the Store... I don't Know what to Think at this point .... I placed an order online yesterday for an enveloped, ink cartridges, notepad and paper copy. I will never and I mean never shop at Office Depot/Office Max ever again. I ordered a desk online and never received with delay after delay and then they canceled it without my permission. They CENSOR reviews that are bad for their partner products (Dell): This is what I wrote about a Dell Inspiron laptop and they whacked it: "Bought this from Office Depot, although it took 3 different orders to get 1 laptop from 3 different locations. They showed in stock, but they were display models - okay, cost of doing business. Then when I booted the laptop, got the dreaded "TPM is not found" which is a chip used for encrypting disks.
