I signed up for auto ink refill in 2019 however, Office Depot was unable to refill those orders because either no supplies or unable to operate because of the Covid 19 quarantine. Office Depot cancelled its own refill order.Now almost 3 years later Office Depot wants to restart the auto ink refill.Number one, I no longer use the cartridge being sent. Two, Office Depot failed its part of the agreement.No!***************************

After patiently waiting for 2 weeks to receive furniture purchased from Officedepot, I decided to try to track down my order. After at least an hour on hold this morning, no one ever responded. This afternoon we tried to track down the furniture at the local Office Depot. *******, the sales associate, did his best to help us to no avail. Office Depot failed to deliver as promised. I tried to order a desk and file cabinet on line on 3 May. It was showing a delivery date of 10 May. Their **************** did not get the order placed until 4 May and the earliest delivery date was 18 May. They could not make it sooner. The website did not update the delivery status as expected. I ordered a product on March 4th for delivery on March 8th. On March 8th, I called and was told that the product was "left on the dock" and they didn't know when it would be delivered. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I have since called 7 times over the past month and have 6 "refunds processing" but none of them ever complete and therefore do not credit my account. Bought an expensive computer. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday, now they say today. UPS does not even have the item in their hands! Customer service has alot to be desired. My order number does not even show on the order details page. I paid cash/debit card. Item has not even "shipped" yet. Their definition for "shipped" is a "label was created". Stay far away.
I purchased several book shelves. I tried returning one. I bought it online so the local store said they could take it back. I contacted the online department and they said they would pick it up and give me a refund. They never picked it up and did not give me a refund I left several messages and emails and no one has called me back. J no onn no one answers the phone and no one emails me back. Their customer service sucks! I will never buy from them again.
