I was online looking for computers on 4/8. I came across an in stock computer which stated that if I got it delivered to my home, instead of in store pickup, I would receive it the next day on 4/9. I was trying to upgrade Windows so I could get my Turbo tax cd to download and made purchase of Windows Pro program on line. Information i received in the email for download was not helpful at all and I was not able to get it to load, Spoke with representative on chat and he made is sound like I was going to get a refund back, but received email that they would not refund money. That is $100+ dollars that I am out I don't won't e gift card from their store either I want my refund. will never make purchase there again.

I was pretty unhappy about the experience. I had just gotten my covid vaccination shots and wanted to get my card laminated. I come to this Office Depot (**** Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA) and asked nicely for lamination. I purchased TurboTax but couldn't download the product from the OfficeMax link. OfficeMax informed me there would be no refund issued. fortunately CapitalOne issued a refund after OM became obstinate. I will never purchase from OfficeMax again.

I purchased a Serta Office chair form Office Max/Depot on 5 May 2020, This chair was made by True Innovations, who makes many different brand name chairs. This chair has a 10 year warranty. In Oct 2020, about 5 months after purchase the gas lift started to fail. Having prior experience trying to replace a gas lift, I know its almost impossible to remove the lift from the seat plate.
