One star is too much. I will NEVER order or visit this establishment again. I'd rather drive the 3 hours to staples! Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!! I placed an order online on Monday, June 22nd for a laptop with a guaranteed delivery on Tuesday, June 23rd between 8AM-530PM. I received an email at 743AM that the laptop had been delivered. When I called the company's 800 number, I was informed that the laptop was delivered at 821AM. Classic bait and switch tactics continue at this company. I placed my order and received a receipt on June 13. The stated price in the receipt was $63.59. Nowhere on the website or in the receipt does it indicate that the price was subject to change. If it had indicated that the price could change, I never would have agreed to place the order with them. Hidden charges, they increased the price of my order after sending a confirmation with price agreed. The item was back ordered so the original hold on my credit card was 130 although the price of the item including free delivery was 90. Once the item became available the price became 130. This is a fishy business practice. Be careful. I wish I read reviews before purchasing. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I purchased two cabinets on March 15 and it is more than two months later and they haven't arrived, and customer service just says someone will follow up in 24 hours. Spoiler alert: they never do.

I order toner and printer product for my small business. All items I paid in full had to be ordered and sent to the store. I was in talks with the assistant manager and manager in telling them I will pick everything up after the cyan toner came in. Ordered a webcam on April 23rd, showed IN STOCK. I placed an order on April 4 for Lysol cleaner with bleach that was supposed to be delivered by April 15. It didn't arrive. I contacted the company by phone because their chat was "unavailable". I made an order on Office Depot on March 31. The items I had ordered online was indicated as in stock items and I was given an estimated delivery date of April 6. There was never any communication that the items had been backordered or that there were problems with inventory.
