I ordered a bookcase from Office Depot but when it was finally delivered to my home, the box was damaged. When I was finally able to open the box, the side boards were cracked in half. I called them on June 10th to arrange for a pickup and return of the item. I have been in a very frustrating situation with Office Depot for the last month. I ordered a new Dell laptop on May 22nd for my grandson's graduation gift. It was out of stock at my local store so I ordered the laptop online. When it arrived, we discovered it was not a new laptop in the original Dell box, but a used laptop thrown into a brown cardboard box with a used power supply (and minimal packing). First, I want to say up front that my local Office Depot store was great to work with and did everything they could to help resolve my problem (to no avail). My problem is with the corporate customer service center and ship-to-home "service" for furniture items that they don't stock in-store. I wish I could give 0 stars. I had made a purchase a year ago and created an online account. A few days ago, my online account was used to make a fraudulent purchase. My wife and I was just at this location approximately 1:45-2:00 p.m. 04/14/2018. You would think that discrimination would almost be done with, even here in the south. This young teenager refuse to wait on me and then after wait in line, the other young teen tried to make an excuse for why the other young teen would not help me but, the teen stood around do nothing ( trying to act busy ) . On 3/09/18, I went to Office Depot to buy a computer. We were greeted by a friendly lady and we found the computer we wanted. After checking they didn't have it in stock (I needed a new computer ASAP as I use it for work). Shipping Delays- Ordered an HP Laser printer on 3/13/18 because the delivery date was shown as 3/20/18 to my son in Hawaii. I ordered 45 file boxes on line on 1/24/18. The box I originally wanted, was on sale for $7, but out of stock, so I found another box for $8/box. For the convenience, I ordered 48 Dunkin Donuts k-cups yesterday online with free one-day delivery. I received them today (January 10, 2018), but they had a best by date of February 22, 2018.
