placed an order ($100 their own gift card) last year... waited half a month until the new year, then found out the order got canceled without any notification after such a long wait... tried to contacted their CS, been told that their own gift card was out of stock... the excuse is so lame that even a baby can not be convinced... Office depot is the worst ever!!!

I purchased a TV on October 1st. Waited over month and then had my order canceled because item was suddenly no longer in stock. Contacted OD to express my disappointment. Was told that the TV would be back in stock 7 to 14 days and that they would honor the sale price I purchased the TV at. I contacted OD after 14 days when the TV was still not back in stock. I would give zero or negative stars for office depot. i have ordered google wifi 3pack 2 units. Negotiated a price with the rep by chat. She created an order and someone from other department called me to get the credit card details for payment. He also conformed the price and number of unit and total with taxes. I received only one unit today. I called the CS and got a response that your order was cancelled and another order was created at another price for one unit only. When the customer called to pay for his order that was negotiated at a lower price over online chat, our phone rep mistakenly re-entered the order for only 1 unit at full price and this is what the customer received. I have NEVER been so frustrated in my entire life with one company! Let me say, I have always had fabulous luck walking into a store and getting what I need.....However, my recent attempt to complete an online purchase was not so great! I really really would like to give Office Depot five stars for excellence, but, sadly, I cannot. I have used Office Depot for a number of years when working for state institutions as well smaller locally owned companies in two different states. I am now working at an organization in rural NC that is 45 minutes from Office Depot, so I was excited to make use of their delivery service. Office Depot is an amazing company! I have had the opportunity to acquire supplies on the retail and the business side and the products and services I have received from this company have been nothing short of perfect! Ordering online is a pain. I got a defective item that I cannot return to a physical store because it is not carried there. I've tried to submit a return request three times, and so far I still haven't gotten my issue resolved. The customer service representatives I've spoken with have given me the run around, I feel.
