I placed an order on April 4 for Lysol cleaner with bleach that was supposed to be delivered by April 15. It didn't arrive. I contacted the company by phone because their chat was "unavailable". After being on hold for almost 40 minutes, I was told that the order was coming directly from a vendor, so they had to contact the vendor to find out the problem. They then told me to call back tomorrow which I refused to do after being on hold for so long. I demanded a refund. She said she would "start the process" and someone would... read more

I made an order on Office Depot on March 31. The items I had ordered online was indicated as in stock items and I was given an estimated delivery date of April 6. There was never any communication that the items had been backordered or that there were problems with inventory. In fact after I had made my order, the online website was still selling the same items for some time. I never received my items. To give the company the benefit of the doubt I waited until May to send them an email regarding the order that had been paid... read more

On Friday I tried to order an office chair for my home office and the online ordering system had no place to enter my American Legion purchasing card number. I called customer service and was told that had to be presented in the store. I was flabbergasted that that the customer service rep would even suggest that knowing that it is impossible to present anything in the store. We must purchase online and pick up at the store. It was an obvious blow off. Office Depot has had an online purchase and delivery system for 20 years.... read more
