I bought a desk on the website and it arrive with the box beat up and the corner of the top busted. Called customer support to request an exchange was told it had to be a refund. Took three days to confirm they would even take it back. They set up a pick up using Ryder trucking. My pick up date changed last minute then didn't show up at all. Checking the tracker, showed they marked it as refused even though the item was sitting outside as requested. I ordered from Office Depot on October 18th guaranteed 2 day shipping. I received 2 items from my order on October 21st. I spoke to a representative who stated they would expedite the remainder. The remainder never came! I looked up the status of my order October 31st only to see 'Delivered' by the items. The items were marked delivered October 27th in GA. I live in SC.! After further investigation I was able to determine we billed customer for the original order and then issued a credit for the items that didn't deliver. When customer went to reorder the price was higher so the the agent modified the order to reduce the price and the customer then decided to cancel the order. I visited the store in Fwb Fl. on 10/17/21 .for a fairly large order, I didn't know anything about what I needed or how to go about getting it done, Shon and Victoria waited on me and help me get my order done. They. were both knowledgeable and professional I was very pleased. Awesome Customer Service -Office Depot . The Manger was notified , Kudos Ladies.

It has been 6 weeks since i returned a chair. I am still yet to be refunded. I have never experienced anything like this. This company is ****, shop elsewhere.

I saw a sale and ordered with in-store pickup. I came to the store to pick up my order and the store manager quickly stopped me from getting my order and told me he can't let me take these items. He said it was a price mistake. So, I asked him why didn't he just cancel my order and email that to me so I don't have to drive all the way out here just to get nothing? I renewed a McAfee subscription through Office Depot in Feb of 2021 that was to be active through Feb of 2022 on unlimited devices. I have this on 3 devices. As far as I know, it was active through May of 2021, then the subscription was stopped on all devices. I contacted the Office Depot Tech support team that I have a subscription with. Customer Service SUCKS! I have been waiting for a refund that I was told I was getting via email since 9/1. I received the email confirming the refund and then a call saying that they are not refunding me. It is hard to talk to anyone because all of the people/customer services are overseas and they tell me that they can not transfer me to someone in the US. Placed a order on 9-8-2021 with a next day delivery. Sat around all day waiting for the product. Then get a email stating the driver informed the delivery was attempted but product was not on the truck and a new delivery date was pending. Utilize the sites Chat service and the person said it would be delivered on the 10th. I then receive a email stating the delivery has been delayed and would be delivered on the 13th. I have already set around 2 days waiting on the product and had no intention of sitting around for a 3rd day... read more

OFFICE DEPOT - Don't buy home office furniture from them! I purchased 7 chairs to go around my dining table. Linon Decor. After 6 months I noticed an opening in the fabric, then a month later I noticed another chair had the same exact opening in the same exact spot. I contacted the manufacturer, and they instructed me to contact the company (Office Depot) for a replacement or refund of the 2 chairs.
