This is a great company. Every serviceman is always extremely polite and knowledgeable. Toby and Trace were here last week and were very polite and helpful and so are the girls in the office!
We purchased two units last December and couldn't be more pleased. They called to schedule our yearly inspection and Maurice Vezina came right on time. He was very courteous, answered all my questions, and was very thorough. When he was finished, he told me everything that he had looked at and what maintenance procedures he had performed. Great job!
So impressed with Toby Rodriguez and Trace Barrow! They were exceptional! My mother is elderly and they were very respectful to her and also took their time explaining things to her so she could clearly understand them. They did not seem impatient or in a hurry. They covered their shoes while in her home. They addressed the issue, took responsibility for the company's error and did not charge her for the visit. Brent did an great job on the pre-sale education and talking though my options and the benefits of the equipment. The installation team were on time, very polite, friendly, and professional, and cleaned up like they were never here. While I had lower bids the equipment wasn't apples to apples and I trusted O'Brien's customer service promise for after the sale. I highly recommend them.
