We have used O'Brien for over 10 years. They are our go to people for any heating and air problems. Both of the original units to our house have been replaced with Tranes by O'Brien and they have serviced them every year since installation. All of their techs, sales reps, and office staff have alway been polite, friendly, and provided us with excellent service. Josh was the rep who came out this year. Though O'Brien did not have the lowest estimate, we chose them for a new installation because of their excellent service, both with our emergency repair (on the old system) and Dave's thorough estimate. Dave took the time to sit down and discuss our needs and several different systems that would work for us. I also asked many different questions about the equipment and estimate that Dave answered promptly and happily (even on a holiday weekend). They even subtracted our full repair from the estimate! I had to have an entire new unit and all new duct work on a 1925 bungalow. These guys did a terrific job in horrible heat and monsoon rains. Follow up was also excellent. Not the cheapest but likely the best job I could have had. I also am quite sure they will respond quickly if there are any problems down the road. A very good reason to use an established operation like O'Brien.

My first annual inspection/service appointment-The technician (Tyler) arrived promptly, did his inspection, told me everything was working fine. I was pleased with the professional & courteous service, just as I was last year when my new Trane system was installed. I'm glad I chose O'Brien!

David S. was terrific!!! He is very well-informed and helpful, as well as nice to work with. Also, the installers, Toby and Travis were also very good, professional and courteous. I think we could not have made a better choice than O'Brien. A great, well-run company!

Talk about professionals! A first class system from a first class organization from top to bottom. Mike was there at the start to make sure I understood the merits of the system and he was there at the end to make sure I was satisfied. Richard was there when I was quoted an installation time and date and started the morning introducing himself and his partner before they started the install. When our AC unit broke, I called O'Brien for a service call. The house was extremely hot and I was miserable. The young lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I was so happy when she said someone would be out that afternoon. Chris G. was our service tech. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. I'm a neat freak and when I saw him put on shoe covers to protect our floors, I was impressed. I was even more impressed with how fast he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Brent was my rep and handled everything superbly. The service from inception diagnosing the problem with my old heat pump to explaining the benefits of a new system was the best. The whole process (other than the large outlay involved with a new system from any company) was smooth and efficient. Pricing was competitive.
