Mike R and his team did an excellent job furnishing materials and labor to install 1 Trane XL heat pump with auxiliary gas (dual fuel system that reduces the amount of propane burned) and 1 TCONT824 thermostat. They were always on time, scheduled the electrical and mechanical inspectors, and connected the thermostat to our WI FI so we can change the temperature of our home remotely (e.g., when returning from trips).

Installed a new system. Great job. Had an issue with an electrician ( not employed by O'Brien, but was a 3rd party), not showing up. Also had an issue with a door frame they had to remove that was not reinstalled properly. All issues were taken care of. Service techs are great. Professional and friendly.

Every experience with O'Brien has been great, from last year's installation to this year's annual Tune-up. Trace, the tech who did the tune-up yesterday was right on time, answered all my questions, and did a thorough job. He was pleasant and personable, too! All in all, a top notch job from a top notch company!

From Matt who came out to repair my system, but ended up telling me my 35 year old unit needed to be replaced and to not spend money on further repairs, to Mike who designed the system, to Brian and his helper who installed the new system, to Bill who arrived today with the county inspector [Their work passed, by the way.] every person I dealt with was neat, professional, considerate, and polite. From the start O'Brian has been a pleasure to work with our salesman Mike Russell when through every detail and explained our options , the install crew was excellent from removal to install and a lesson in programming our thermostat . They have been outstanding and we will be using their services and recommending them for a long time !

These guys were great! They were prompt, friendly, and polite. They brought us window units to use over the weekend when we had a family gathering for graduation, since our installation wasn't scheduled until a few days later. They explained everything well. I love that their photos are online. The ladies in the office were wonderful too! This has been a very easy experience. VERY professional!

O'Brien does a great job! We recently had our annual maintenance and our rep was Matt H. He was professional, polite, knowledgable, thorough, honest, and very user friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail both to my husband and to myself, and he had answers for all of our questions (and then some)! I could not be happier than I am with O'Brien.
