Josh was very thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. I believe he went above and beyond doing his job and I trusted him. I felt he knew what he was doing and didn't try to overwhelm me with mumbo jumbo talk. Basically I have been very satisfied with O'Brien and their employees.

Joey came for our annual inspection. Neat, pleasant and very helpful, especially showing us how to set our programmable thermostat. It's working better and I think we understand the concept of setting it once and forgetting about it. Senior moments.

Approx. one year ago Mike Russell came to my house per my request for a quote on installing a Mitsubishi unit for our sunroom. I was impressed from that day onward on the professionalism and how courteous everyone has been. So of course I wanted O'Brien to be the HVAC company to start servicing my 3 units. Matt & Kevin came out to do the annual service and once again..professional & courteous gentlemen. Recommendations were made with no pressure regarding 2 float switches and some pipe insulation. Kevin came to inspect my unit to make sure everything was working( yearly check up). He was polite, very professional.I could not have asked for anyone better. I have had this unit for about 3 years and have never had any problems. I had taken out the extra insurance so there was no charge for yesterday and I also buy my filters through them . I will recommend this service to everyone

I have been very pleased with O'Brien's-they have been caring for my units for 23 years-and just replaced 2 of the units that were 23 years old and 1 that was 12 years old! They are professional-Mike really knows what he is talking about. The printed copy of the work to be done and the cost was easy to read and understandable. The final paperwork enclosed in a folder shows me they are looking to my future with my units. The service techs were all respectful of my house-kept things clean and finished the job quickly. Thanks!

The O'Brien Team was very professional and honest from day one. I did have other companies give estimates, but there was a world of difference in their delivery. I got exactly what I was promised. Dave gave me wonderful $$saving ideas, and he spent time necessary to make sure I understood everything. Mark and assistant worked about 8 hours, also making sure I understood everything, as well as double-checking their work. There were no surprises. I will definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend you do, too.
