Chris started off by showing up on time, then told me exactly what he was doing and explained everything, including how a capacitor works and it's function in the system which he changed out for me in no time. He was neat, curtious, and professional. Great service.
Trace was my service provider. Competent, neat and friendly, the work was done quickly and the arrival was prompt. Well done.
So far, all I got was a return call at 9:00 p.m. telling me you charge $109.00 just to come out and look at my AC unit. Then 20% more on parts if needed. What's up with that? Either you repair AC units and you do it fairly or do not! I'd like a phone call in the morning with facts.
Joey came to check our almost two-year old system for the summer. He was quick, efficient, friendly and neat. We were very satisfied with his complete check of our system O'Brien installed. He has a great sense of humor too. Thank you. You get FIVE stars!
