My Hybrid Trane unit is 2 years old and I am loving my electric bill. I just had my yearly maintenance completed by Chris. He arrived on time and explained what he was doing the entire time. Very professional and friendly. We even exchanged some of our fishing knowledge as he was working. So glad I choose O'Brien.

When he told me how economical O'Brien's filters are and that they would be delivered to our home, I ordered two cases! Thank you for excellent service!
Chris G. was my serviceman he did the maintenance on my AC, he cleaned the coil. checked charge, hosed off condenser , sucked out drainer, checked defrost, heat and cool cycle and more, I really enjoy my O'brien service this is the second year that I had been with them, and my unit is still running smooth, So give the local Wilmington company a call they are a 24 hour service O"BRIEN
They performed my yearly inspection and found the capacitor was wearing out. I'm glad they were able to change it at this time rather than have it go in the middle of a heat wave. They were also able to answer my questions re: my system and the duct work. I felt like they were very professional, and represent O'Briens well.
