Tom B. is my salesman and he went thru the house and crawlspace to verify which unit would work best. Other companies did not. I asked quite a few questions and he answered understandably. The numerous reviews helped alot in choosing O'brien. Scheduling went smooth and 10 days and on time work started and finished that day. Truly an outstanding company. The new system they just installed showed how professional and skilled the workforce really is. Everyone went the extra mile to insure that we had the best installation possible. The icing on the cake was when Mike provided two window units to hold us until the installation could be done. All this was confirmed when the county inspection team came to review the installation. It passed with flying colors and the inspector said he has very seldom found fault with an O'Brien installation.
Joey was prompt, friendly & professional.He answered my questions and got the job done in a timely manner.
Absolutely a top notch company. The price was right and the installation was flawless. David and the install crew are true professionals and I will certainly call them first if I need any HVAC work in the future.

Chris G came to service my unit that was installed one year ago. He was very professional and explained everything he did to me. He also helped me understand how to set my thermometer on a schedule. The only thing I will have to say is when I scheduled the service I had also purchased the extended warranty. I was unaware that I had to pay for the next years service. However, they allowed me to be billed for...so that was a plus and I was very thankful for that. I love my unit!!!!
I feel confident in the advice that Chris gave me about my AC unit. He got it running by putting the old fan back on and coming back with a new one as he said he would. I feel confident in his work and he was super friendly and I felt at ease. I do know that I will need a new unit probably sooner than later. I won't hesitate to call O'Brien's.
I think the technition was very nice and explained everything in detail. He made our house cool and explained that our unit was 14 years old and that his best advice is to be looking to purchase a new unit instead of spending alot of money on our old unit. Very professional.
Huge props to O'Brien Heating and Air; signed up for the Energy Savers routine maintenance package and they kept to the price of that plan despite finding and fixing a big problem and being here an hour longer than anticipated. Both service guys were friendly, and showed up right on time this morning, too. Very pleased!
