Chris J. was in my home last week for nearly 5 hours. Not only did he fix my AC unit, he was brutally honest about what the next steps were in dealing with my original unit that was 11 years old. He showed up exactly on time, took his time, I never felt that he was in a rush to get to another appointment. He was professional, kind, personable and really knew his business.
