Very thorough and explained everything. Had the parts with him and had us up and running again within the hour. Not to mention the prices were much, much less than a competitor quoted. So I have to say the technician I can honestly give a 5 star review on. He does a great job and knows what he is doing. However, the 2 star overall is due to the fact that 3/4 times they were scheduled to come to my home, they cancelled/ reschedule only hours before!! And finding out information when I called was impossible! I have taken multiple days off of work to be be home and available from 8-4, to only find out the appointment was cancelled!! This time (today) it wasn't an emergency, but just the scheduled maintenance.... read more

Mike R. presented us with a very professional & thorough presentation, before & after our HVAC unit was installed. Our previous VHAC unit (1997) was well past it’s useful life & this new unit awesome!

The Obrien Team was excellent from the initial introduction to Mike Russell through the completion by the Installation crew. Everyone was very customer service oriented and concerned about making sure I was happy and that they had answered any and all of my questions throughout the installation. They installed two new complete systems in my residence and never once disputed our household.
