From the first visit when Tom came to give me an evaluation and estimate, I was impressed with O'Brien Heating and Air. Tom is professional, thorough, helpful, knowledgable. I had other estimates and decided on O'Brien because of Tom. The service techs were also very respectful, efficient, hard-working and neat. They worked quickly but I felt they cared about doing a good job. I would recommend O'Brien and will do so at every opportunity.
O'Brien service is top notch. Chris J. performed the first year service on our two heat pump systems. We received an advance notice call that Chris was on his way. He was on time as scheduled and explained the process as he performed the service. Chris is very professional as well as polite and friendly. He answered my questions and provided detailed information. Highly recommend O'Brien.
Just had Trace do our annual maintenance inspection. He is very polite, and professional. He explained what he was checking and answered our questions. Very grateful to have a reliable company and thorough technician like Trace to maintain our system.
