We just replaced our air conditioning and heating system and used the products and services of O'Brien's. Mike R. came to our home and evaluated our needs before making his recommendation for energy efficiency at the best cost. He answered all our questions and negotiated a fair deal. Installation was quick, on- time and clean. The unit is working wonderfully and we are extremely pleased with our choice to go with O'Brien.
Clearly the management of the company set an excellent example of customer service. All employees from technicians to sales to installation were professional and proficient.
