Thanks O'Brein! You never disappoint! Aaron N. was our technician that replaced the coil in our AC. He was so professional and personal as well! Also thank you for the "gas and go" free of charge to keep us cool while we waited on the part! That was such a wonderful service! Excellent customer care!

We called O'Brien and an appointment was set for that afternoon. Will B. was the technician. He called just prior to the appointment to confirm our address and time he would arrive. He was on time and respectful of our explanation. Then, he explored our system, made a correct diagnosis, and gave an estimate of cost. After we agreed, he fixed the problem. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We will request his services again and O'Brien was wonderful to work with!
O'Brien replaced my system last year and I was very pleased. This year I had my first service and was very impressed. Matt was very courteous and made very sure everything was working as it should. I will continue to recommend your company to my neighbors!
