The O’BRIEN folks are wonderful!! I just left a key for Josh and he fixed the heat pump by replacing a capacitor (whatever that is!) — he called to let me know what was going on and how much it would cost and when I came in everything was working fine! Having the O’brien service contract is sort of like having your favorite brother in town! Thanks!!
Fantastic service! Between my contact with the office to the professionalism of my technician, Josh, I could not have been happier. Extremely knowledgeable and patient, especially considering it was 100 degrees out. Best hvac company in town hands down!!!
These are the best people! Aaron did the annual inspection on my 2 units yesterday. Explained everything to me. Was kind and patient while the dog barked and the baby cried.

All the people at O'Brien did an outstanding job beginning with my initial call to get an estimate to the installation of the HVAC system. The entire team was very professional. Mike answered all our questions and explained everything well. The installation crew did a great job on a hot day in the attic. I will recommend O'Brien Service Company to anyone who is looking for a new HVAC system.

We received 4 quotes in March for our HVAC system. Of those 4, O’Brien was the only one that conducted a comprehensive load test. Spent time explaining options, and delivered not only a superior product, but a superior experience. We bought the second most expensive unit AND the 10 year extended warranty! It was money well spent! Today I called because our system was tripped by a power surge. Our old unit fried a part and wasn’t cooling. Josh R.
