At every step in the process (with Tom in sales, as well as Kyle, Caleb, Matt C, Mike B, Bryan S, and Stephen in installation), I was treated professionally and with the highest level of customer service. These folks just plain get it! From start to finish, great customer service and professionalism! The installers arrived on time and communicated with us during the process. They wore coverings for their shoes and were very professional at our home. The pricing was reasonable for the above and beyond service we were provided. We had an excellent experience with Dave Getzen. He was very thorough in his initial evaluation of our house and system. He made everything easy to understand as well as all of our options. The process of having a new system installed was quick and easy. The installation crew did an impeccable job. We highly recommend O'Brien.
A huge shout out to Chris who came out on New Year’s Day to fix our heat. The problem wasn’t immediately recognizable and the system seemed to work fine when Chris got here, but he didn’t stop until he found the problem and ordered the part. O’Brien’s service is the best. Thank you so much!!
The technicians are excellent. However, the company price very aggressively. My heater blower went bad, I checked online, the total replacement charge should be around $400. O'Brien had two technician came to my house, shown on time. I knew the blower was bad, the spent about 45 minutes and told me the blower was bad and charges above $800, $400 for parts, $400 for labor. I asked them how long would the labor, the answer is 3 hours. I bit the bullet and let them do it. It actually took less than 1 hour to replace it. They wo... read more
