When I tell you that I loved the service I received from Central Ford, I am not exaggerating. I had so many issue with Town east ford that the savings to go back would not have been worth it. Russell and his team at Central Ford did everything they could to turn my issue around and the resolution was complete customer satisfaction Thank you sooo much and have a Happy Holiday!
I went buy cash vehicle, they said they needed to verify my identity with a OFAC form. Which is for money laundering or terrorism watch list purposes with people spending $10k or more in a transaction. I wasn’t spending that much. They go and run my credit and now I have a hard inquiry for something I’m paying cash! Not very cool and shady deal to see if they could get a peek of my credit etc!
We bought a truck through here a year and a half ago and the transmission went out we took it in and they fixed it(covered by warranty) a week later after bringing it back a few times between and told to just let it work itself out a day later it exploded and we had to fight them for a month to get it fixed and returned. We went back to buy another car giving a chance to redeem themselves and they were the most disrespectful people we took our business elsewhere and were much better served
