The service department is CRAP! They over book appointments that they do not ever have enough help for and then keep your vehicle for hours. I was told 3 hours for an oil change that I made an appointment for! Service department needs a service overhaul!
I usually have a very pleasant experience, unfortunately not this time. My car was damaged and although they made an already part of the car that was damaged worse while it was being washed, it is my responsibility to get it fixed. And this is with clear video evidence that it was made worse while in their possession. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. It's hit or miss service. I've been so angry with the service people I swore not to come back. Next time I was in and out quickly. No one can tell me why my car keeps asking me if I want a test run. Told my car didn't have that system. Last rep said he never heard of that before. My car is a 2010 Focus. They are not good at letting you know what's going on with your car.
I have taken both our vehicles for routine service and they have always been great.
