Service Advisor was new to the department and he was the best one I have ever had. Listened to what I said and very personable. I actually walked out of there with the price I asked for plus a free car wash.
I asked the service advisor for the technician to check my air and cabin filter to see if it needed to be changed. When I picked up my vehicle I asked the advisor and he informed me that the tech said that they were fine. A few weeks later I happen to check both and they DESPERATELY needed to be changed. Why lie and say that you checked the filters when clearly you haven't?!?! Now I'm starting to second guess if I truly had an oil change. In the past, I have received good service, but clearly I visited them on an "off" day.

Had to take my Explorer in to the service to get something fixed under warranty. Service was great and they kept me informed. I didn’t have to keep calling to find out about when it would be ready, they updated me frequently. Would definitely go back next time I need it serviced.
