I am new to North Central Ford although I have had Fords in the past. This the first new one in a while. I setup the appointment online for early on Friday and arrived a little early. When the door opened I had my service person meet me at the door. Second service on the Edge and it went well and was ready quickly. I brought the car back for the wash and that was quick also. Great Service tech and everyone was great.
RecommendedI had a recall and just knew I would have to wait a day. not at North Central Ford, they did it right away one morning and I even made it to work on time. I love this dealership and service department

The Service Department personnel were friendly, courteous, and prompt to help me. The car was also ready a couple hours sooner that promised.

Came in without appointment for routine maintenance. Waited in comfortable lounge area while Escape was serviced. Personnel were friendly and efficient. No complaints.

Went in to buy two vehicles and left with two vehicles. Best service I’ve received at a dealership by far and my salesman, Norm, was so informative! He made the decisions simple to understand and helped me get the most bang for my buck! Definitely recommend and will be back here for my next vehicles!
I bought a 2015 CPO Ford Edge about three months ago. It’s been in and out of the shop for close to one month. A host of electrical problems and some fit and finish issues. My main complaint with these guys is they will try everything possible to get out of warranty work. They accused me of driving into light poles ( no evidence of this at all) as a reason the electronics were acting up. They broke my windshield on accident trying to install a rear view mirror.
