Jim Ayo in Service is the man to go to when you have any issues. We were treated well and back on the road within 48 hours. The only reason I can't give you 5 stars is the on line app issues. Making an on line appointment was impossible. Might need to address that . Tahnks
I took in my 2016 Fuson for a recall and some minor service work. I had always used another dealer for the last 35 years. However, over the last couple of years as they have expanded their local stores, they seemed to have their quest to see only quality work is done and also that personal touch. I found that 'feeling of dealing with old friends' at North Central Ford. They seemed intent to only have the highest quality work associated with their name.
