Excellent service. Took my 2007 Expedition in to have the belts and hoses replaced and Jim and the mechanic advised on what I truly needed and also didn’t need. I really appreciate that. I have been an owner of one Ford or another for over 20 years. I am on my second Ford Escape and have loved it. When we bought this Escape, we were convinced to buy the extended bumper to bumper warranty because if there was a problem, I would be able to have a rental car.
