I tried to go to another dealership to have my Ford serviced but kept getting the run around. I called North Central Ford and got in on the day I needed. The service was quicker than I had been quoted and everyone was very nice. I would definitely recommend them.
My 2012 focus had been in the shop for a month, with no end in sight. I could no longer afford rental. I was getting rides when I could, then my daughter-in-law lent me her car. I decided I might as well buy a car as rent one, and I had bought that focus at NCF five years ago. I went online, got connected with Red Redmond When I decided on a Camry, I met Red at the dealership. I drove out shortly after, very satisfied with my purchase and the service at NCF

I needed an oil change and tires rotated. Instead of having the shuttle take me home this time I decided to wait. I can't believe how fast the service was! My appointment was at 8:30 am (and I was late!). I was back at home at 9:25 am!
