Unfortunately my experience this time was not near as good as other times. It took 2 weeks for my truck to be completed and there is no availability of loaner vehicles even though all repairs were covered under a Ford Motor Company bumper to bumper warranty. Also, within 2 days of getting my vehicle back it is now doing the exact same thing (tapping noise in the engine). Apparently not fixed correctly. Going to a different dealership this time. Drove in with no Appt and was greeted immediately. Truck was serviced quickly and I was out.Very friendly and courteous service advisors. Had a great experience here when I bought truck new is why I will continue going back.

Everyone there was friendly especially Danny our sales guy and they gave my son great $ on his truck he traded. My only complaint is they told us they could get my son the payment he wanted. since it was so late we went back the next evening to sign the deal. We sat there for 3 hours thinking they were trying to work a deal on a car purchase for me too only to find out that they were still trying to work out his purchase. I love buying cars here! This my 5th new car purchased from this amazing sales team.
Setting up my service was a hassle. I was told when purchasing my vehicle that I would be offered a loaner vehicle during while my vehicle was in for warranty service. This was not what I was told when I called to schedule my appointment. I had to call the sells manager to arrange that. Once there to drop my vehicle off it took an hour to just drop off and get a loaner. I then received 4 calls because the service department didn’t take down what needed to be fixed. Awesome job guys, brought my truck in for service and a couple "while I'm here" issues and they didn't bat an eye. Andrew Carr got me right in, and Tait was a great technician. I will definitely be back for any future service or needs
