Rating 5. Recent service was done right and on time. Loved the shuttle service.
I schedule service for my 2013 F150 here. its close to work. Which is convienent. I've had my truck here twice...just oil and filter changes so far. The only issue I have is that the first time even though I had an appointment, there was a line of vehicles waiting for the doors to open. This time, I was in and out quickly. what are good days for oil changes here? Great service!

I bought my 7th truck from North Central Ford last night. my salesperson Todd Mays was amazing. sales manager Kevin Mays was great. and the GM Richard dunkerson even had time to come down and say hi. was in and out in no time at Finance. what a great team! would never even think of going to another dealership! thanks North Central!

excellent service and cars.
After showing up at the service dept. entrance late in the morning, I encountered a long line of vehicles Almost 3 hours later my vehicle was repaired, and had some scheduled maintenence done as well. Was very surprised my vehicle was finished much sooner than I had expected. Saved me from having to get a car rental.
