Went in for an oil change during lunch and even though there was a long line, I was in and out much quicker than I expected, and they wished and vacuumed my truck as well! Fine job!!
North Central Ford was a pleasant experience while buying my daughter's first car. I've had all service work on my F-250 done at the dealership since I purchased it two and a half years ago. Ronnie Ralph is my service adviser and always takes good care of me. Went in two weeks ago for my 30K service which included tire rotation, oil change, fuel filters, air filter, top all fluids and a general inspection of all things critical. Planned on leaving the truck for most of the day but they worked like a professional pit crew and had all of the work completed in just over an hour.
By far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership! The staff was very knowledgeable and polite always ending with “yes sir or no sir” and showing the same respect for my wife. Danny Lyles is a great salesman he knew everything about the used truck I was looking for and made sure he marked down any and all imperfections to fix and even checked it two more times after that.
