So far I have received good help in service dept.
Both times i've been to the dealership for an oil change have gone without problems. The only con I can think of is the time it takes. Even an oil change takes an hour and a half due to how busy they are. If you are in a hurry, it would be best to find another option, but if you can wait or drop your vehicle off the service is otherwise great.

Bought probably four cars it went good till last two cars the sales people lied so much to me and wife about all the packages they offer come to find all lies I won’t buy anymore there full of crap
