Went in looking at a 2017 F250 King Ranch and had the deal completed in about an hour. Brad Cook was outstanding and made it go smooth from the time I walked in the door. Nael in finance was just as oustanding in getting my deal done. That being said, between leaving Saturday evening and Monday morning I decided I wanted to "bite the bullett" and purchase a new King Ranch. Great customer service! Got exactly what we were looking for, and an amazing deal!
Had a repair need while on vacation and North Central Ford did a bad job at an inflated price. My car was returned to me with grease and grime all over the interior. Worse than that, features that were working fine when I brought my car to them, now are inoperable. The dash was not reassembled properly and has fallen apart under the steering column. A monkey watching a YouTube video could have done a better job!
