Zero customer service from the entire service Dept. Took my escape in for a recall and an oil change. Not once did the “service advisor” speak to me about my vehicle! The only person I spoke to was the cashier, when my vehicle was done. When I asked if my advisor was going to go over my service report, the cashier’s response was , “he’s busy”. I will never take my vehicle back to North Central Ford! I will also tell everyone I know, to find any other dealership to trade with! Zero Stars for this pathetic dealership!
Andrew is the best Service Advisor. He was able to have my vehicle ready after THE WORKS pkg in no time flat. The service dept. is the best. Even Red my sales guy stopped by and we chatted. Thanks Nort Star! Andrew gets an A+ in my book.
