I had a sales person name norm! He was fantastic! He listened and he got me exactly what I needed. I ended up with a Ford escape and I just love driving it. This is my second Ford Escape that I have bought. I do like the square ford escapes that they had ,that was my old vehicle of 2012. Now it looks like a station wagon but I’m told it’s an SUV. Jim Ayo always does a great job on service. I know the work will be done right. I have trusted my 2012 Escape and my wife's Expedition to Jim for many years. Both cars are high mileage (over 100K) and run like new cars.

The first vehicle I purchased at your Dealership was a 1986 Ranger, since then I have bought 5 more vehicles from Debbie and the Griffin Team, I have always felt like I have been treated fairly. I’m coming in Monday from Oklahoma to pick up my 6th vehicle from John and Debbie, a 2020 F150 Lariat.

I went to have a new key fob made - bad - I lost mine. Very courteous service department personnel. It took about an hour and half, sitting inside was pleasant with tables and chairs where I could get some work done. Cost was about $360 - won't lose it again I guarantee. This was my first time here and won't be my last.

I went to Nort Central Ford with my nephew. I was very impressed with their customer service. there attentiveness, urgency and respect that they gave to each and every customer caught my attention. I began inquiring about there different vehicles and before I knew it, I was driving away with a new vehicle. Charles Washington (I called him Chuck) work diligently in. making it happen for me. Timely availability and good service within a 24-hr period; all service done well and I was given a cleaned up vehicle to drive away in: well done.
The 5000 mile service went very smoothly. I appreciated that our Ford Escape was returned washed and cleaned inside also.
