BUYER BEWARE - RUN! We’ve never been treated worse as a customer. They did a shoddy job of repairing hail damage. It looked like little Timmy fixed it in his backyard. They do not stand behind their work and tell you that your expectations are too high when they return your vehicle to you with paint drips and paint sander marks. What a crappy dealership.
Bought a used 2011 Fusion. Charles Washington researched for us and found our wants including a moonroof. This is third car we bought from North Central.

My wife and I have been purchasing our vehicles both new and used at North Central Ford for the past 21 years now and we always get excellent service in buying and servicing our vehicles there over the years from sales, finance, and service department and have recommended North Central Ford to all of our family and friends!
Their service dept is hands down the best. The service advisors always treat me with respect and are straight forward! They may not always have the best news to deliver (which is not their fault), but always explain thoroughly and offer options.
Love this dealership!!!! They treat us as we are friends and not just another person they're trying to sell a car/truck to. We've bought a few vehicles from here and our #1 go to salesman Joe will get our business every time. The service department is on top of it. They send me reminder emails and follow-up with me which is great customer service.
