I had my car serviced here at NC ford and I was charged outside the insurance deductible for disposal fees and supplies that should be part of the service. had they mentioned this in the first place I would've taken my vehicle elsewhere. My adjuster has never heard of such fees. Trust me if I have to drive 100 miles out of the way to have anything done to my car I will do it. We searched for the right deal for about 2 weeks for a 2019 Ford Explorer XLT. Finally walked into NCF with no appointment to see a vehicle & walked out with a new Explorer for my wife. They were very patient, courteous & I would recommend them to everyone! Our sales guy Hector understood everything I was asking for & then Kevin Mayes their Manager of New Cars worked with us on the deal we wanted! Great team & place! First car I have ever bought from them & I will be going back!
