Went in with a bad battery, The Service Department had the battery replaced and back to me within an hour.
I highly recommend the Service Department at North Central Ford. They have always been very fair and forthright regarding the work on my vehicles over the years. Do not be afraid to ask questions. Their Service Advisors, from Ronnie to Ralph to Seth, have all taken the time to make sure I understand what is needed versus what is recommended so I can make informed decisions on the timing of repairs or maintenance.
