Brought car in with a dead battery on Saturday about 3 pm, car was just in for service in June on the 49 point check list said battery was okay, had 1 1/2 - 2 inches of corrosion on the terminal, I mentioned this to service person and was told they don't check battery even though it's on the list. Was told they would not get it changed on Saturday and would need to leave car. I asked about a loner and was told enterprise was closed and the shuttle dose not run on Saturday and would need to find my own way home.
I took my 2013 Ford Edge in for a extended warranty on the brake booster. It was a fast trun around to get it fix and they were helpful and friendly.
Excellent people, excellent products, We love our new SUV. Over the years we have purchased several cars from North Central Ford and love that the original sales staff and service people have worked with us year after year.
As someone who worked in the car industry, the experience that I got working with Daniel Nuñez was phenomenal. Really easy to talk to and really easy to work with. He got me a fantastic deal, and was an incredibly amazing salesman.
