I can always depend on the service area and the mechanics to fix my car the first time and never tell me I need something when I don't. Woodrow and Pricilla are two I worked with last and are very good. Now I was surprised to here from one of the service advisors that making an appointment was to see them, not your car. When it was going to take two days to get to my car Fixed because they needed parts, i thought I could take it home and bring it back the next day. Been dealing with North Central for 35 years for a good reason. Their Service and Charles Schriber are second to none.
Ahhhhh, dropped my truck off for service with a guaranteed appointment Friday Morning, 4 days latter I'm still waiting for the opportunity to give them $1,350 and get my truck back. It'll be a cold day in ..... if I come back here again. Everyone is nice but.... I need to work for a living and need my wheels
Their service department is completely incompetent. I've taken my car in for multiple services and none of them were done correctly. I've taken in a recall service in 3 times now and it is still not fixed.
