I have had nothing but excellent experiences when I come here. Their service department is the absolute best.
We bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta from Car-Max Nov 2015 with 20 thousand miles on it. 3 months later FEB 2016 transmission started shuddering. Replaced no charge recall. exactly one year later FEB 2017 cars shuts down completely, towed to dealer , this time it's the TCM. Fixed no charge extended warranty. 1 week later car shuts down completely again , can't shift into neutral anything. This is my third vehicle purchase with North Central Ford and Michelle Larson. This time I drove from Burleson TX to make my trade. I don't regret it in the least! My 2017 F150 is awesome!
Updating original review. After finding the right person to talk to, everything worked out much better. We weren't able to come to a deal, unfortunately, but I would definitely deal with this dealer again if the need arose. Thank you Matt.
Just walked out yesterday with a new F150. Red was an amazing sales rep. Most of the experience I've had with dealerships is the guilt they put you through when they don't get what they want you to do. But Red, I tell you, he will show you exactly what you need AND MORE, the first time around and leaves you with no second thoughts.
